How it works – step by step
- Invitation is sent out
We provide you with a link to the digital interview. All responses are anonymous.
- Everyone responds digitally – in just a few minutes
Each person writes their own answers to an open question and analyzes them by rating and categorizing.
- Your report is ready
You receive both statistics and a collection of the group’s own words – structured and analyzed.
- Workshop and next steps
We lead a workshop where the group works with their own insights and decides on concrete actions.
From the start of the process to a completed action plan usually takes two weeks.
Our tools – tailored to different needs
Sometimes you look to understand the work environment. Other times it’s about improving collaboration in the management team or evaluating leadership behaviours. Columbi has also been used to gauge healthcare quality and post-treatment quality of life.
Columbi is always based on the same core method (one open-ended question, free anonymous answers, and self-analysis) where individuals’ personal impressions provide a snapshot of the current situation.
WORK & LIFE
How is the current situation perceived? Useful for both in-depth work environment analysis and understanding quality of life/coping.
TEAM
Which behaviours influence the team’s performance? How do behaviours affect work environment, well-being and results??
LEADER
What characterizes the co-operation in the management team? Is there a shared understanding of goals and responsibilities?
CULTURE
How are the company’s core values perceived in the everyday work situation? Are management and employee visions of the culture in sync?
CIRCLE
How are leadership behaviours experienced by colleagues and co-workers? Circle is our version of the traditional 360 review.
Columbi has a proven methodology - try it!
Why it works
Respondents engage and can answer freely and anonymously.
Columbi combines qualitative and quantitative insights.
It is a quick process, with actionable results within two weeks.
The action plan is built on input and ideas from participants.
Columbi builds stronger engagement from within – not from above.
